Return & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photo or video evidence showing the damage or defect

We do not require customers to return damaged items. Refund decisions are made based on the evidence provided.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once we review your request and supporting evidence, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within several business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

  • Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect product functionality

  • Change of mind after the item has been shipped
